Bill was born and raised in Los Angeles, California USA. Early on Bill impressed his friends, teachers and fans with his God-given voice. He sang his first solo in his uncles church. He studied voice from many vocal teachers including Frank Sinatra's Barbara Streisand's vocal coaches Lee & Sally Sweetland. Even Frank Sinatra gave Bill vocal lessons; especially about phrasing. At ages 17 and 18 he had won two National singing contests and received a full scholarship to a major California university.
Bill sang in nice dinnerhouses, nightclubs charity events and even in churches across America for years. He has even performed in USA's largest church named Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas where 3,200 people attended. He was paid $6,000 for sing just two songs from his new album. .Today that church is the largest in USA with 42,000 people each Sunday attending. If Bill were to sing there today he would be paid about $80,000 !!
Then in 1985 Bill's life changed when he sang for Frank Sinatra at Frank's Catholic church in Palm Springs, California. After Bill completed his concert Sinatra asked him if he would be interested in performing in Las Vegas at major casinos and hotels and Bill accepted his offer. Bill performed often at MGM hotel and casino. Frank Sinatra gave Bill his first glass of Jack Daniels whiskey and at the same time, introduced Bill to some of his closest friends including several Italian mafia Godfathers such as Louie Dragna of Los Angeles. Dragna loved Bill's singing so much he promoted him. Bill became friends of 3 of the 5 famous Rat Pack guys in Las Vegas. They included Sammy Davis Jr, Joey Bishop and Frank Sinatra.
He has performed at hundreds of special events such as The Angel Awards at the Hollywood Palladium Theater; Variety Club Telethon Charity in Los Angeles with co-singer and major TV personality Kathy Lee Gifford. Beginning in 2012 Bill began performing in Ukraine at major theaters and became well known there.
Bill presently performs in Kiev & Odessa, Ukraine at both large and small venues to include but not limited to: M1 Club & Resort 5 star hotel on the Black Sea; True Man Beach Club; Glechik restaurant on the Black Sea, Valletta Beach resort at Koballa Beach; at the 5 Star Bristol Hotel in Odessa and many more.Bill continues perform even more in Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Georgia as well as on TV in Ukraine. In 2015 Bill met world champion boxer and mayor or Kiev, Ukraine, Vitaly Klitchko. During that time Bill performed for charities in Victory Park in Kiev as well as for foreign Ambassadors from Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan and Thailand.
