Bill's Shows

Bill's show is full of energy and emotion with just the right touch of humor and plenty of romance and inspiration. Audiences, young and old,  love him. Often he receives standing ovations and plenty of flowers from the pretty ladies. When Bill sings the song "My Way" grown men are known to cry. When he sings in foreign countries he is considered unique for several reasons. One is the fact that most people love American music. Another reason is Bill sings romantic songs; many of which were written and performed by very talented people who understood good quality music. Some of those songwriters Bill knew and loved were: Sammy Cahn who wrote songs for Sinatra such as "All The Way" & "High Hopes" and another famous and great songwriter and arranger named Ralph Carmichael who wrote "Come on Home" (see Bill's video singing that song) and Fred Ebb who wrote "New York, N.Y." Some music arrangers Bill knew were: Don Costa (he was also Sinatra's conductor and long-time friend); Nelson Riddle, Sammy Nestico, Dave Williamson who arranged Bill's 1981 album in Los Angeles, which cost $65,000. And lately Bill has been working on a new album with very talented Italian arranger, composer, recording studio owner, band leader and pianist Marco Taggiasco from Rome, Italy. All or most of the songs will be original. "It's Gonna Be Our Dance" is one of the new songs to be on the album. It is a pop-disco tune.

Since Bill was personal friends of Sinatra he shares with his audiences some special moments he had with Frank. Audiences love this. And Bill's godfather was Sinatra's chef whose name was Al Bonita.

At large venues such as conventions or in theaters, Bill like to use large orchestras such as 44 musicians but for smaller venues such as social clubs, weddings, private parties, restaurants and hotels, he can sing with just a pianist, a 3-4 piece group, 8 piece jazz band or 16 piece. He also can sing using just his album backing tracks.

Bill is a class act. He usually dresses in a tux or nice suit. He moves around on stage and at time leaves the stage to mix in the audience.  Bill has appeared on TV shows many times and has performed for millions of tv viewers. He is known to dance and does it professionally.

Bill sings cover songs recorded by great singers such as Tom Jones, Englebert Humperdink, Louis Armstrong ("what a wonderful world"), Matt Monro, Julio Iglesias, Andrea Bucelli, Dean Martin Frank Sinatra and more.

A partial list of songs Bill sings: All the Way, Fly me to the Moon, Strangers in the Night, New York NY, My Way, Nice and Easy, What a Wonderful World, Besamae Mucho, The Best Is Yet to Come, The Lady is a Tramp, Love me Tender, etc.

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

“As President of World Opportunities Intl. I have had the responsibility for literally hundreds of gatherings – banquets, luncheons, rallies, etc – at which musical talent performed. Thus I believe that I can speak with considerable authority concerning artists and how they are received by the public. So it is I am delighted to say that I’ve never seen a singer who can captivate his audience so completely as can Bill Warren. His voice – which really does sound like Frank Sinatra and Jack Jones– is rich and full; his appearance is neat and self-assured; he has class; his choice of music is excellent. When Bill sings he has the audience right in the palm of his hand!  But there is yet another ‘plus’ about Bill Warren, and that is his attitude. Maybe better it could be called his total sincerity….but when Bill uses that glorious voice to tell you in musical phrases, just as Sinatra does,  he paints pictures about love, romance, dreams and even love of God, he just plain convinces you! That, combined with his basic musical ability, produces a talent that is just plain unbeatable. In my judgment, Bill Warren is the most exciting artist we’ve heard in a long, long time. We’re using him at all of our World Opportunities functions in the greater Los Angeles area, and I can’t recommend him too highly to others as well. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed!”Dr. Roy McKeown- President of World Opportunities Intl, Hollywood, Calif.
